Mission: To develop a “culture of safety” among owners and operators of amusement rental structures including the development of a code of ethics, the adoption of safety guidelines with respect to regulatory agencies and attraction manufacturers/suppliers, and the implementation of an operator training and certification program.

Inspector Certification Program

ROAR training is taught in NJ as needed at your place or at another member's location to share the expense. 
Call/Email ROAR or Phil Slaggert to schedule your program at your place or join one at another member's location.

Roar training is also taught in small one or two hour blocks monthly, or as scheduled in New York and New Jersey. Look under training specific dates for more details. Here is the most recent one;

Most recent ROAR full seminar training was held February 22-23 2011 as part of the Pennsylvania Spring Amusement Ride Safety Seminar in PA at the Holiday Inn Harrisburg/Hershey.
This is also scheduled for November 2011.
This program is held a minimum of twice a year.
